Do wholesale purchases earn Pack Points?

No. Ginger's Pack Rewards is available exclusively for retail customers.

Can I return food products?

Because our treats are food products, we do not accept returns. If there's ever an issue with your order, please contact us. Under special circumstances, we may replace a product.
